Name: Grace Carter

Age 8...14

Appearance: Curly long brown hair, brown eyes, no bangs at 8, bangs at 14, caucasian

Personality: Somewhat shy and not very outgoing, honor student

History: Lived with mother, parents are divorced, father disappeared, mom got re-married to a man who dislikes Grace, he used to be nice to Grace in front of her mom but was mean to her in private

Family: Father disappeared, mom died, has a mean stepdad, no siblings

Lives at: CT, lives in mom's house, neighborhood where everyone knows each other, one floor house, swing in backyard, there's a shed that she likes to sit in when lonely, box of money hidden under floorboard of shed with trinkets of mom in the box, has a piano in the family room

Friends: close friends with Kayce who ends up moving away leaving Grace alone, on and off friends(at first)

Hobbies: likes to draw, plays piano

Relation to car crash: Her mom died in car crash, was an innocent bystander, untimely death

Appearance: straight black hair with dark blue highlights, medium length, it covers her face, dark blue eyes, pale skinned

Personality: very shy until she warms up to people, honor student, can be nice but when angered, it's bad, rarely truly happy because it takes a lot for her to be happy, somewhat resentful towards men because of her father's controlling attitude over his wife and had too many guys chasing after her in junior high who were jerks

History: lived with parents, she was adopted but doesn't know until she's 14, due to an accident she can't talk too much or scream

Family: she was abandoned by her real parents and her new parents found her, parents are relatively nice to her but really strict, parents slightly rich, many business trips, no siblings

Lives at: CT, two floor home, large bedroom on second floor with balcony that overlooks backyard, pool also there, parents often leave on business trips leaving her with old lady babyistter, own computer, 3 blocks away from Grace, secluded neighborhood

Friends: lots of snobby friends that talk endlessly, she tunes them up and doesn't talk much(at first), thinks it's tiring to have friends, doesn't see the point if they will simply betray you

Hobbies: drawing, drawing on the computer, reading, listening to music, plays the flute

Relation to car crash: she was in the car with her parents, innocent bystanders, scarred throat so she can't scream or talk too much

Appearance: dirty blonde hair, at 8 it is long, at 14 it'll be cut and trimmed, grey eyes, scar on arm from sledding (wow that's so interesting)

Personality: very caring, steals sometimes, reckless, doesn't show feelings, takes big things for him to show emotion, bad failing grades 'cause he doesn't really care

History: used to live in an apartment but his mom lost her job and got laid off, his dad used to bring them from town to town and one day he just disappeared, mom tells him stories so Damien doesn't kno much of the truth, his younger sister by 3 years doesn't remember her dad and looks up to Damien, he takes care of her, often in trouble by the law so he has hard persoanlity, used to be a softie when smaller

Family: mom who can't keep a job(keeps getting laid off), father who disappeared, and a sister younger by 3 years, all other relatives unknown

Lives at: CT, lives under bridge at 8 years old on poor side of town, a lot of drug dealing and gun shots at night, at 14 years oldhe lives in a small cramped apartment condo type thing, shares bedroom with sister, mom has own bedroom, living room and small bathroom and kitchen, small small deck, laundry room down the stairs, 4th floor

Friends: troublemaker friends, they're not real friends, they live in the apartment building

Hobbies: skateboarding, wants to dirtbike, good with his hands

Relation to car crash: dad was the criminal who caused the car crash

Appearance: Dark brown hair with wavy bangs that fall over his eyes, light hazelnut colored eyes, lightly tanned skin, slightly shorter than average height but not too short

Personality: somewhat nice to most people but if he doesn't like them, then he's quite spiteful towards them. doesn't think before he acts or talks, sometimes gets angry easily, somewhat sensitive but doesn't show it, can be sometimes coldhearted and rude

History: his father wasn't very fatherly(always doing police work) so Dylan is not like most guys(athletic), spends most time playing video games, on the computer, watching TV, hanging out with friends, didn't have a great childhood, he was often bullied/teased/treated like a child which causes him to be violent and hateful at times, has little trust in people

Family: kind yet kinda strict mom, dad who is a police officer and is often busy with his work and has little time for family, an older brother in college who visits, and an older sister who pays little attention to him, and only to tease him

Lives at: CT, very close to the high school, medium sized house, messy room on second floor, house is a few blocks from the police station, he often visits his dad there, he also lives near the corner store, walks places a lot because he doesn't like staying at home

Friends: had on and off friends, most of whom betrayed him or ended up hating him, which also resulted in his violent/untrusting personality, not many friends because he dislikes most people, and is somewhat of a loner

Hobbies: drawing(in private), watching tv, playing video games, also likes to cook

Relation to car crash: dad was police officer who was chasing the criminal

Name: Olivia Vickson

Appearance: brown hair, light blue eyes, short hair at 8 that curves around her face, at 14 her hair is around shoulder length and is wavy and curls in, earring holes at the top and lobe

Personality: outgoing, speaks her mind, doesn't hold anything back towards kids, starts opening up to grown ups as she grows older, doesn't talk to them as much as younger, average grades, very athletic

History: growing up she and her dad were very close, did many sports together, mom died giving birth, often played sports with guys as a child

Family: dead mom, dead dad, aunt and uncle with family spread elsewhere, no siblings but a cousin

Lives at: at 8 she lives in a condo in East Haven and lives near baseball field, at 14 she lives in CT near everyone else, pretty good neighborhood which is kinda far away from the high school but close enough to walk, her aunt and uncle let her do stuff but they are strict if she gets into punishment, they don't let her out at dark

Friends: most of friends are guys 'cause girls don't really do atheletic

Hobbies: swims, plays, baseball, hockey

Relation to car crash: her dad was the partner that got killed in the car crash (police officer chasing criminal)

Name: Mandi Nicholls

Appearance: golden, thick, wavy hair with large green eyes and a small nose, pale skin with a few light freckles

Personality: rarely smiles, she really missed her twin sister and it haunts her forever, used to burst into tears when she saw something that reminded her of her sister, smart girl but is often detached thinking about something else so her grades suffer, often sneaks away and gets in trouble, eventually learns to hide emotions and lie and sniffle when sees reminder of Amanda(twin sis)

History: Twin sister Amanda was the parents' fave (more perfect), Mandi loved her too, parents paid less attention to her but she didn't mind, Amanda was a great playmate, parents moved to new home when they got sick of Mandi's crying

Family: dead twin sister, no other siblings, kinda mean mom and dad but they still love her

Lives at: CT, one hour from high school but then moved away to a one floor house and she lives two blocks from the high school but there's no park, a corner store nearby

Friends: no friends cause they all call her crybaby and so she annoys them by simply talking nonstop about Amanda(whenever she wants to change the subject), or else she says nothing and acts mute and simply sits there unhappy

Hobbies: swinging, thinking, going on computer to write poetry, reading

Relation to car crash: twin sister died in a car crash on her way to ballet show

Appearance: Green eyes, reddish brown hair, somewhat cubby at 8, muscular at 14

Personality: very laid back, doesn't like conflict but if he has to then he will, likes pets (dogs)

History: him and his dad got along well, didn't get along too well with mom, he went to prep school and didn't see much of his mom, he's into pets and his dad was a mechanic so he would sometimes help around with the cars

Family: no siblings, mom, dad died in car crash

Lives at: CT, lives in a house, lives at prep school during the school year but w/o money he goes to public school, 2 bedroom house, normal rooms, house becomes worn down because mom turns into a drunkie

Friends: considerable amount of friends, 3 or 4 close ones, ends up straying away from them, most friends are mechanical junkies

Hobbies: fixing cars, good at fixing a lot of things

Relation to car crash: Dad died, innocent bystander

Name: Cody Mulligan

Appearance: light brown hair, light brown eyes, kind gentle face, somewhat sad smile, sorta pale but a bit tan skin

Personality: extremely caring, very sympathetic for others, wise for his age, knows how to deal with death and is understanding, doesn't like to argue or get mad, but sometimes his temper gets the best of him, calm and cool-minded

History: mom died giving birth, father committed suicide not wanting to live without his wife, grandma took him and she died of old age, so he moves in with Uncle Kai whose wife and daughter are dead, Cody believes he is a curse to his family and friends and so this outcasted him

Family: dead grandma, dead parents, dead aunt and cousin, uncle Kai

Lives at: CT, in a big house with many rooms, but then Uncle Kai lost his job and had to move to a smaller house to save money, lives closest to Joel in a small run down house with creaky stairs and a small backyard

Friends: Cody is outcasted by those who believe he is a curse, so no one talks to him and he is a loner(at first), he does not like to socialize because he is naturally shy

Hobbies: thinking, painting, reading books

Relation to car crash: cousin and Aunt died in the car crash
